The old site — German-only, template-built — led with a gentle idea: seeing “the whole person.” But in what its patients actually write, again and again, that phrase never appears. Something more concrete does: that they feel heard. That he takes the time, that he explains until it makes sense, that you leave the appointment knowing what is going on. The practice had named its own quality in the softest way available, and in doing so it undersold it.

You don't choose a gynaecologist from a list of services. You choose on trust, and in this field trust turns on a single thing: whether you feel heard. Many of these patients arrive on a recommendation; but the ones who arrive without one have only the website, and the website told the least important part. The work was not to modernise it. It was to say out loud what the patients already knew and the practice barely hinted at.

The thread was re-pointed: from “the whole person” to something you can actually show — that here, you are listened to. The site was written around that, and it's the patients themselves who carry it: their Google reviews are used exactly as written, untouched. The welcome is given in the languages patients truly arrive in — «Willkommen, Welcome, Bienvenido, Bienvenue», and in Arabic — because the practice was never German-speaking only.

An identity of its own was made — the word ATASSI and a quiet cross — and photography was shot in the practice itself, in its own light and green. And where a fact wasn't confirmed — the affiliation with the Brustzentrum Zürichsee — it was deliberately left unclaimed, waiting on the practice itself.

What the practice already was — a place where you are genuinely heard — is now the first thing you meet, said by the people who have lived it. It isn't a finished site yet: it's designed and not yet handed over, and there are no results to show, nor will any be invented. Only a practice that, at last, introduces itself by its truest quality rather than its most comfortable one.
