A small studio, with one person accountable.
Aperture is Carlos Romero's studio. The same person who understands the business directs the art, takes the photographs and reviews the code.
No chain of hands
The idea doesn't pass from one department to the next, losing something at every jump. There's no final version that no longer resembles what was approved, and no detail dropped because nobody remembered why it was there.
A few projects at a time
It's the only way the above stays true rather than becoming a slogan. We would rather do a few properly than carry many half-finished.
