Finding the idea that was already there.
We don't invent a concept or apply a style. What makes a business different almost always exists already — in how it works, in what it repeats, in what its customers already notice without being able to name it.
Look before proposing.
What it does well, who chooses it and why. Enough to get it right, not a hundred-page report. Without this, any idea is decoration.
The idea isn't invented. It's found.
It's the moment that decides the project. Once it appears, everything else — structure, photography, tone, code — stops being a matter of taste and starts having a right answer.
It has to arrive intact.
Design, photography and build under one hand, so the idea doesn't thin out on the way or get lost in a handover.
And if there's no idea to find, we say so.
Sometimes a business knows exactly who it is and the only thing failing is the website. That's a project we want too — there's no need to invent a depth that isn't there.
